Littleton High School
Class of 1964
Multi-Class Reunion Picnic
Greetings
fellow classmates:
Are your ready
for a mini-reunion?
The Littleton High School Class of 1964 will
be hosting a multi-class reunion picnic this
summer on Saturday, August 13th at Progress
Park in Littleton from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We have asked the LHS classes of 1963 and of
1965 to join us, but if you have
siblings/friends from any 60s vintage class,
they are more than welcome. Your family
members are also welcome.
We are planning a very simple gathering to
provide everyone an extended opportunity to
visit and to get reacquainted. There is no
charge for attending and you can bring
whatever food suits you; KFC, sandwiches
from home or whatever. We will provide
charcoal and grilling equipment if you would
like to grill you own burgers, hot dogs or
brats at the park. We are limited to 3.2%
beer if you would like to bring any liquid
refreshments beyond sodas and iced tea.

If you have not already done so, we urge you
to register your current information at the
Please Register button to the left. Once you
have registered, give us a day or two to get
your information activated so you can
communicate with others who have provided
their information. If you cannot attend the
reunion picnic, send us a recent photo for
posting. We plan to communicate in the
future primarily via the internet so we need
your current information. Be sure to put the
reunion picnic on your calendar! Check the

Western Welcome
Week. The 83rd annual Western
Welcome Week is scheduled for August 10-21.
We normally schedule our reunion activities
for the Grand Parade weekend, but this year
we have decided to hold our reunion on the
first Saturday of WWW. Several of us do plan
to attend the Western Welcome Week Parade
and art show the following Saturday, August
20, but we have planned nothing formal for
that day. On parade day, classmates usually
gather at the west end of the parade route
near the old library (now called the Melting
Pot) then attend the downtown art show and
other planned activities. For those of you
who have not been back to WWW for the past
several years, you will be amazed how WWW
has grown. The parade itself is now one of
Colorado’s largest and participants attend
from all over the nation. There are numerous
Littleton-area events planned as a part of
WWW which you might wish to attend. If you
would like to know more about WWW and all of
their planned activities, visit their
website at:
http://www.westernwelcomeweek.com/.
We need your help, please. Our principal
activities for the next few weeks will be to
update our database and to locate missing
classmates. You can help us out a lot if you
would register on the class website. This is
a handy place for letting us know of any
changes to your information now and in the
upcoming years. We do plan to have a 50th
reunion in 2014, so we do want to have your
current information even if you are unable
to attend this summer’s reunion picnic. If
you choose to keep your information more
confidential you can send your information
to Dave White via the internet at
Davesubs@wwh.name or mail it to
Dave White, 6810 W Chatfield Ln., Littleton,
CO, 80125. Information sent to us in
confidence will not be posted but will be
kept on a separate database which is used
only for reunion and class related
activities. This information is shared with
no one.
